Guacamole , a mexican dish, is normally served with corn tortilla chips. "Doritos" are similar and can be used as a substitute. Eat the Guacamole by dipping the chip into it.
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Options
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small bell pepper, finely diced cayenne (to taste)
- hot sauce (to taste)
- minced hot peppers (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 ripe tomato, peeled, seeded and finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2-3 tablespoons minced onion mayonnaise for smoothness
* In a serving bowl, mash the avocado witch a fork. Mix well with lemon juice and salt. Add one or more of the options desired to taste. Mix well and serve.
